Back at it

After only working out twice in a week today felt very difficult! My wrist is still bothering me but I'm trying to take the steps to rehab it. 

The chest to bar were all unbroken except the last two rounds. My grip went, I'm now used to a smaller bar, so I'm going to have to adjust to the thicker one. 

It feels really good to be back in the gym and I'm excited to continue with the individual programming! I missed DEA/DEC.
