Life

In the past two days I've had a lot of shit happen in my life. I felt like I still needed to work out though so I did it in Jen's garage. I also did Jackie on Saturday and got 11:41 which is better than my 13:50 something 2 years ago. 

A. Power Clean & Jerk 125#. 5 for time. 60 sec rest. x4
1:18, 1:13, 1:00, :59
B. Box Jumps 20". 15 for time. 60 sec rest. x4
Had to do these with 24" cause Jen doesn't have a 20" so it was :36, :37, :37, :34
C. Hand Release Burpees to 6". 12 for time. 2 min rest. x4
Didn't have anything to jump to 6" so I just jumped as high as I could each time.
:45, :37, :32, :32
D. Burpee Box Jump overs 20". 10 for time. 2 min rest. x4
These were tough cause I had to go side ways and 24" but it all worked out. :51, :48, :55, :41
